Fitness Floor will begin closing procedures 15 minutes prior to building closure.
Children between 9 and 12 years of age must be accompanied by an actively participating adult. An adult is defined as anyone 16 years of age and older.
Youth ages 13-15 may use the fitness equipment if the following conditions are met;
They have attended a fitness orientation class and
The parent or guardian has given written permission.
Collars are mandatory for all barbell lifts.
Spotters are required for all heavy lifts in free weight area.
Equipment may not be rearrange or removed.
Weights are not to be banged together or dropped on the floor.
Weights are to be returned to appropriate racks after each use.
Weights are not to be leaned against equipment, walls, or columns.
Personal gym bags are not permitted in the fitness area.
Food, cups, glass, and gum are not permitted. Drinks must be in spill-proof container.
Proper attire must always be worn. Strapless blouses, swimsuits, undergarments/sports bras/bralettes, Jeans, visible undergarments, open toed shoes, crocs, sandals and dress shoes are prohibited.
Only authorized Thrive team members are allowed to conduct personal training.
Members are required to wipe down equipment before and after use.
Indoor Track Rules
12 laps = 1 mile
Outside lane is for jogging and inner lane is for walking.
Traffic flow for the track will alternate directions daily.
Non-marking athletic shoes are required for the track.
Strollers are prohibited.
Use of mobile devices is allowed on the track for listening to music. Use of mobile devices for communication while on the track is prohibited.
Weights are prohibited unless supervised by an authorized Thrive team member.
Fitness Studio Rules
Fitness studios can be used by patrons outside of class times. Please ask a Thrive staff member to unlock them
All equipment must be returned to its appropriate spot.
Fitness studio equipment must always remain in the fitness studios.
Members are required to wipe down equipment before and after use.
