Evening Aerobics

Join our Evening Aerobics class—a high-energy session open to all fitness levels! Engage in 35 minutes of aerobics, followed by dumbbell exercises and stretching. This class enhances cardiovascular fitness, strength, and flexibility.

Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:30-6:30PM
