The Active Adult programming at Thrive is all about community. Whether you are playing billiards in the game room with new friends or joining a game of Pickleball in the gym, Thrive encourages our seniors to stay active.

Tai Chi (Advanced)

This 24-form Yang Style Tai Chi is a little more athletic than 16-form.  All the moves in the 16-form are applicable to the 24-form with some balancing on one leg.  Once you have learned the 16-form, the 24-form will be easier.
