The Active Adult programming at Thrive is all about community. Whether you are playing billiards in the game room with new friends or joining a game of Pickleball in the gym, Thrive encourages our seniors to stay active.

Tai Chi (Beginner)

This Tai Chi form is easy to learn and understand because it is short with only 16 moves to perform. Yang Style is even, gentle, and slow moving to provide increased balance, improved flexibility and stress reduction. If you are looking for a Tai Chi form that is easy to learn, this is it.
